There are stringent food safety regulations concerning contaminants such as cadmium or arsenic, which are toxic even at low concentrations. For example, recently passed laws set the arsenic concentration limit to 0.1 - 0.2 ppm, depending on the food type.

Our food safety analyzer is capable of determining the concentration of toxic elements in any food sample within a few minutes.

Food contaminants, whose concentration can be measured very precisely: arsenic, cadmium, mercury, lead.

The illustration shows the signal of 0.6 ppm arsenic concentration, measured on a commercial tuna fish sample.
